Tooling Coordinator.

As a tool coordinator, you control and manage the various processes in your company and are the main point of contact for the client.

• You are responsible for all processes.

• You can manage the processes on your own or share the task with other tool coordinators.

• You can control almost all of your processes via your "user tasks" in the system.

• As a tool coordinator, you have the user group "IVL", which allows you to perform all functions for suppliers in the system, including those of the other user groups (WVL and ID).

• As a tool coordinator, you also have the "ITL" (administrator) user group, which allows you to create, maintain and deactivate users, create and maintain locations and create and maintain sub-suppliers, among other things. Note: The user group is associated with user management obligations, see Administrator.

• If you want to add your own or internal information to the tools for the organisation of the inventory, you can do this in the area "Maintain supplier identification".
