  • The supplier's declaration of readiness for acceptance (ABL) is a prerequisite for the verified and secured acceptance of the production equipment by the customer.
    Verification, validated photos and documentation minimize the compliance risk and form the basis for subsequent inventory management processes (e.g. relocations).

Carry out inventories of production equipment efficiently. Remotely or on site.

  • With the inventory, the contractor and all parties in the supply chain confirm that the manufacturing assets exist and are at the expected locations and companies. The result is similar to an inventory of your own production equipment and assets, but across multiple parties and multiple locations.

Register, check and execute relocations of production equipment. Worldwide and rule-based.

  • With the relocation, the location of the production equipment is changed at the request of the contractor. This is done after comprehensive examination of various criteria and approval. The contractor documents the relocation in orca.

Register, check and carry out the scrapping of production equipment. With all parties involved and documentation.

  • At the end of the life cycle, the production equipment is released upon request. The application is examined under various aspects, e.g. long-term supply and revenue potential and processed.
