In order to be responsible for several supplier numbers as a tool coordinator, I must have received my access via the B2B portal as a user. In this case, you can manage all supplier numbers that are stored in your B2B account.

How do I handle tools in the satellite camp?
For tools that are stored permanently (more than three months) in an external storage facility, the external storage facility is considered a separate location. When confirming the location, please enter the location of the external warehouse. If this is not available for selection as a location, you can create it as your own location (see administrator's instructions). If the external warehouse is located within the national borders of the original location of the tool, the "relocation" does not have to be coordinated separately with the OEM.
-
Why can't I report my inventory (sub)order?
To be able to confirm an inventory (sub)order, all sub-orders belonging to this order (and the sub-orders below it) must be confirmed.
-
According to TISAX, am I allowed to take photos with my cell phone at all?
TISAX does not prohibit photo inventory per se. Depending on the protection requirement and label (e.g. prototype vehicles), certain regulations on the subject of photography must be in place. However, a general prohibition is not included in the ISA catalogue.
-
How do I correct an error on a stocktake order?
You can easily process inventory orders that you have not yet sent.
If you have already sent the inventory request, the only way to correct it is to delete it. Please note, however, that all information already collected and stored (e.g. photos) will be lost.

Why is no geodata transferred to the iPhone in orca?
Please ensure that the following options are set on the unit:
- Navigate to "Settings" > "Privacy" > "Location Services" and make sure that location services are activated.
- Scroll down to the desired app and select "Camera - when using".
- Open "Settings" > "Camera" > "Formats" - take out "High Efficiency" (HEIC) and set "Maximum Compatibility" (JPG).
Take the pictures on the device via the camera app. Click on the "+" symbol in orca, select "Photo library" (not "Take photo or video") and upload the pictures.
It is important that the photos are first stored in the media library and then uploaded here, as this is the only way to transfer the geodata to orca.
-
Are photos with geographic location to verify the location of the asset in China not allowed?
They do not contain any personal information.
It is unlikely to be classified as important data because the use case does not meet the definition of important data from the regulation, which includes geographic information, people or vehicle flows, and other data related to an important sensitive area such as a military administrative zone, a national defense science and technology development facility, or a party or government agency at or above the county level; Traffic volume, logistics, and other data reflecting the performance of the economy; operational data of a vehicle charging network; video or image data collected outside a vehicle, including information about a person's face, license plate information, etc.; personal information involving more than 100,000 individuals.
Based on the current standard for identifying important data, EXIF data is unlikely to violate national and social security regulations.
Summary: EXIF does not contain any personal information or important data, so we believe that we do not need any further CAC approval and the geographical location validation is also applicable in China.
